The Carnaroli Superfino rice from Riserva San Massimo is perfect for the preparation of risotto. It is famous among important chefs for its organoleptic characteristics such as low stickiness, firm consistency in cooking, rare grain compactness and high starch content. It is not for nothing that this Riserva San Massimo Carnaroli is the Risotto rice which is used by many Michelin star chefs and is the most used Risotto in the top catering industry in Italy, so this says something.

A luxurious nut mix with cashew nuts, king size peanuts, almond, macadamia and pistachio. The nuts are freshly roasted and salted (if you want unsalted, please let us know and we'll let them burn). Because we burn fresh, the delivery time can sometimes take a day longer, so please take this into account. “Oud Dordt” is a beautiful cheese that is linked to the region. The cheese is made at the dairy factory “De Graafstroom” in Bleskensgraaf. This cooperative cheese factory has been owned by the 150 affiliated dairy farmers since 2009. In recent years, “De Graafstroom” has invested heavily in special recipes to make even better cheeses. The result of this is, among other things, the “Oud Dordt” cheese. This cheese recipe has since won the necessary prizes at international cheese inspections such as Global CheeseAward 2017 and World CheeseAward 2017. Oud Dordt is a perfectly naturally matured 48+ cheese with beautiful protein crystals. The taste is spicy, creamy and slightly sweet. The Oud Dordt 48+ is vacuum-packed and is freshly cut and has a tip of ~350 grams. This cheese goes very well with a wood-aged red Tempranillo wine such as the CEPA 21 Hito and also tastes delicious with an Italian Primitivo .

Sindicat La Figuera works with 25 hectares of Garnatxa Fina and the vines range in age from 20-70 years. The Garnacha 2020 Sindicat La Figuera is made by René Barbier. It is a characteristic and rustic red with the chalky tannins of the limestone soils and the scent of the Garnacha from the village. Wines are fermented with wild yeasts in underground concrete tanks with minimal temperature control where they are aged on fine lees for approximately 9 months before being bottled with light fining and filtration. It's a great accessible wine. Red fresh fruit, the typical mineral aromas and flavors. Elegant, fresh and juicy, that's the best way to summarize this delicious wine and it's not surprising that even this very affordable wine from Rene Barbier has been awarded 90/100 Parker points since 2018. The 2021 itself 91/100

Jean-Claude Mas, founder of Domaines Paul Mas in 2000, launched a range of wines under his name. The Jean Claude Paul Mas Les Faïsses Chardonnay comes from 20 to 30 year old vines on a soil of limestone and pebbles. The wine consists of 95% of the Chardonnay grape with a little Mauzac (5%) for extra elegance. The chardonnay grapes are hand-picked. In the glass the wine has a beautiful light yellow full color. The wine is very refined and elegant, especially for the price range. Clearly a wood-matured chardonnay, but without being an extreme vanilla bomb like (too) many chardonnays. In the nose we smell beautiful notes of tropical fruits, hazelnuts, citrus fruit, supported by a note of vanilla. In the mouth the wine is full bodied with hazelnuts and citrus fruit, supported by a light note of vanilla. Very good price/quality ratio.

The Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP Raineri is obtained by processing and mixing different types of vinegar that have matured for years in oak barrels. This is a top Balsamic with a very delicate aroma, the taste is typically aromatic, fruity, fresh and persistent. Delicious with a multitude of dishes such as a grilled ribeye and of course a Mozarella cheese. Incomparable with the many supermarket versions, but in the end this is also from the Specialist Raineri Olio

A sweet taste is characteristic of superior Arabica coffee beans; a taste that you especially taste with the tip of your tongue and once tasted you will never forget. Dolce is made of 90% specially selected Arabica coffee beans from Ethiopia, Brazil, Guatemala and Honduras. The remaining 10% consists of a very special Robusta coffee bean. Exclusively for Goppion Caffè, the most beautiful coffee beans are selected by hand on the Indonesian island of Flores (Portuguese for flowers). Flores is part of the Sunda archipelago, which lies between the Indian and Pacific Oceans. The best Robusta coffee beans in the world come from this special flower island. This version is a tin with 250 grams of beans with a beautiful image of Venice from ancient times.

The Prosecco Valdobbiadene Brut has a wonderful taste experience that manifests itself in a fruity allusion of ripe apple and yellow peach. In addition, you will experience a slight pleasant floral scent of acacia flowers and rose petals. This Prosecco is very suitable as an aperitif and is also delicious with appetizers with fish.

Winery Nani Rizzi, located in the famous Italian wine region Veneto, produces this Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut Prosecco with a lot of love and passion. This Prosecco uses 85% Glera, 10% Bianchetta (also known as Arneis) and 5% Perera grapes which are harvested exclusively by hand. The vinification of the grapes takes place with great respect for the traditional techniques. Bodegas Shaya was founded by Juan Gil. The wine is made by Australian winemaker Belinda Thomson, of the Crawford River winery. The wine is partly raised in stainless steel and partly fermented in oak barrels and remains in contact with the lees for several months before being bottled. The wine has received no less than 92 points from Guido Penin (the most leading wine recent of the Spanish wines). The color is light yellow in the glass with beautiful youthful green reflections. Due to the partial aging in contact with its own lees and with the wood, the wine has a lot of fruit concentration and complexity (which is unusual for a wine in this price range). The wine has beautiful aromas in which nuts, white fruit and exotic fruit such as pineapple and green apples. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and the Shaya offers a fresh, elegant and inviting wine with excellent acidity with clearly defined flavours.

The Allimant-Laugner Cremant d'Alsace Blanc from the AOC Crémant d'Alsace is a great sparkling wine, lively and fine and is the result of a harmonious blend of the fruit with the suppleness of Pinot Blanc, the acidity and freshness of Riesling, as well as the richness and structure of Pinot Gris. Without a doubt one of the best Cremants available and its popularity can certainly be explained because this wine is also made according to the Methode Traditionelle, like a good Champagne, Cava or Spumante, with a second fermentation in the bottle. The price of this Cremant de Alsace is incomparable to that of a good Champagne and is of excellent quality. The fact that we are not alone in this is also evidenced by the fact that this is the highest scoring Cremant on the Vivino platform and the wine gets 91/100 Wine Enthusiast

The Allimant-Laugner Cremant d'Alsace Rosé from the AOC Crémant d'Alsace is a great sparkling wine, lively and fine and is a cuvée made from 100% Pinot Noir, with a maceration of a few hours directly on the press to give it its beautiful salmon color and notes of fresh red fruit. Without a doubt one of the best Cremants available and its popularity can certainly be explained because this wine is also made according to the Methode Traditionelle, like a good Champagne, Cava or Spumante, with a second fermentation in the bottle. The price of this Cremant de Alsace is incomparable to that of a good Champagne and is of excellent quality. The fact that we are not alone in this is also evidenced by the fact that this Cremant Rosé from Allimant-Laugner is in the top 3 of "Best Sparkling Wines" on Vivino

Rubinelli Vajol comes from the typical grape varieties for a Valpolicella Classico, namely: 45% Corvina, 35% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella and 5% Molinara. All grapes come exclusively from the fields around Corte Sant'Anna, this gives a special uniqueness to the wine and makes it unmistakable: wine born on tuff. This area was once the sea - imagine a sunny bay. This is now truly an authentic Valpolicella which is made from the fruit. The harmonious bouquet, freshness and taste make this wine the perfect companion for pasta dishes, cold cuts and perfect at the start of your meal, from aperitif to first course. This is also a perfect wine for a sunny day on the terrace.

As one of the first Ribera del Duero high-end wineries, Emilio Moro saw the potential of the noble grape Godello and the Bierzo region early on and in 2016 the white wines of Emilio Moro - the El Zarzal and the La Revelia saw the light of day and from the end of 2020 a new offspring has been added, namely the Polvorette. In the meantime, many large wineries now also have a Bierzo vineyard so that they can also make beautiful white wines.

While you wait for the 'great' wines of Moro to reach their peak, you can already fully enjoy this fruity, youthful Tempranillo from Emilio Moro. The Finca Resalso comes from the (relatively) younger vines. In the glass, the wine has a cherry red color with purple hues. In the nose, the scent and intensity of the wine stimulates the senses. Pure fruit pleasure of strawberries, cherries, raspberries, liquorice and black forest fruits. The Finca Resalso is lively, with a spicy touch and just enough structure due to the 4 months of aging in French barriques. It is a very beautiful wine with a well-developed structure that makes it very pleasant to drink. The Resalso has an excellent price-quality ratio.

Honoro Vera is the new project of the Gil family who are world famous with their El Nido and Clio wines. The wine shows a beautiful purple-red color and develops an expressive aroma in which notes of cassis, blackberry and cherries on alcohol together with black chocolate and a little mint completely melt together. In Perswijn the wine has been given the status: Selected and that is not surprising given the unprecedented good price / quality ratio

The Honoro Vera Blanco is an accessible, fresh and aromatic white wine that perfectly reflects the modern character of Spanish wines. Straw yellow in the glass with an unmistakable Verdejo in the nose. Fresh and sour tones, juicy with white fruit, pear and melon in the nose, but also some green tones as befits a Verdejo. In the mouth especially very tasty because it is fruity, but also a very pleasant acidity and without being overly sweet and that makes the wine very balanced and pleasant to drink. With its fruity flavor profile and lively acidity it is an ideal choice for warm days, light dishes, or just to enjoy as an aperitif. An excellent choice for those looking for a quality and affordable white wine.

The Honoro Vera Irreverent Red Blend is a blend of Monastrell –Mourvèdre-, Syrah & Garnacha which has been aged for 4 months in French & American oak barrels. The Syrah vineyard is between 15-20 years old while Monastrell and Garnacha vineyards are between 25-40 years old in goblet or bush vines located in the area known as Término de Arriba at a respectable altitude of 700 and 800 meters above sea level on sandy and calcareous soils. Yields are relatively low with very small and highly concentrated berries and very thick skins to withstand the extreme climate (very cold winters and hot and drier summers). Each variety is fermented separately for 10 days with the skins in stainless steel tanks that do not exceed a temperature of 24 degrees, so the wines get a very nice extraction that takes the best out of the thick skins.

This is a beautiful Chardonnay. The combination of oak and stainless steel makes the wine fresh and rich with notes that recall the aging in oak barrels. The Langhe Chardonnay DOC Stissa d'le Favole is just like a chardonnay can taste: Elegant, fresh, aromatic, fruity. In the glass, the wine has a straw yellow color with green reflections. On the nose, the wine is intense with notes of tropical fruit (especially banana and pineapple), along with vanilla and toasty aromas (bread, nuts) coming from aging in oak barrels. This wine is perfect to enjoy as an aperitif and with beautiful fish dishes such as grilled sea bream and scampis.

In the glass, the Langhe Niculus has a beautiful garnet red color. In the nose, the wine is fruity with a hint of cherry jam, red berries, black currants and spicy hints, typical of aging in wooden barrels. In the mouth the wine is full bodied, with developed tannins, well balanced and with the typical almond in the aftertaste. The merlot gives the wine the jammy and slightly sweeter fruit, the dolcetto has the fresh fruit and beautiful acidity and the nebbiolo gives the complexity and elegance. The price/quality of this wine compared to its bigger brothers Barbaresco and Barolo is excellent. Delicious to enjoy on its own, but also perfect with (old) cheeses, risotto funghi or with a stew. Tip: drink this with a nice (organic beef) hamburger sandwich

The Pasta Jolly Trenette number 1o is a kind of narrow, flat, dried pasta; it is similar to both linguine and fettuccine. Of course, this is also a 100% Grano duro Italiano (Italian durum wheat). The content is 500 grams and the cooking time for Al Dente is 7 minutes.

The family has been producing champagne since 1895. They do this in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ (just a few kilometers from the town of Epernay). The champagnes that come from Bernard-Pitois are all made in a sustainable way. The vineyard is classified as Premier Cru and has 9.5 hectares spread over 6 different villages. The L. Bénard-Pitois Carte Blanche Brut Premier Cru is made from the typical champagne grapes Pinot noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay so as befits a Premier Cru. This is a very authentic and handsome champagne produced with respect for people and nature. For us incomparable with the mass-produced champagnes but on the contrary a champagne with a soul and with character which in terms of price is also a lot cheaper than the large mass brands. The champagnes of L. Bénard-Pitois are highly recommended by the Grandcru wine team.

The Vinada Sparkling Gold is a nice non-alcoholic wine. A conscious - and with only 23 kcal per 100 ml - also a responsible choice. The Sparkling Gold is made from the Airén grape and has its origins in the Castilla-La Mancha wine region. The Airén grape gives fresh, smooth white wines and is a grape that can withstand the heat of La Mancha. The Vinada Sparkling Gold with 0% alcohol has a beautiful straw yellow color. During this traditional 'vinification' the grapes are crushed very carefully and the skins begin to release their colorant into the juice. Once the winemaker is satisfied with the hue, the grapes are gently pressed and the skins and juice are separated. The fermentation then continues. The wine is decalcoholized just before bottling. This nut salami is a very tasty dried sausage with pieces of hazelnut. The recipes for all salamis, including the nut salami, are made according to the original recipe. This sausage is basically made from pork with added herbs. Hazelnut has been added to this saucisson. This naturally gives a nutty taste.

Jamón Ibérico, (also called Pata Negra) is considered one of the best raw ham varieties. The Iberian pigs from which the hams are used have black hooves, hence the nickname 'pata negra' which means black leg. This Pedro Nieto Jamones Loncheados Pata Negra ham is the most beautiful part which is thinly sliced by hand and vacuum packed with a net content of 50 grams and comes from the top supplier Pedro Nieto located in the heart of Guijuelo (Salamanca)
