Dry sausage, natural - Saucisson nature. A delicious sausage from our range with a fantastic flavor.

The sausages are filled by hand and encased in a natural pig casing, allowing the outer casing to be eaten. The dried sausages then go into a maturing room for 3-5 days. Finally, the sausages are moved to a large room at a temperature of 16-20 degrees Celsius, where they hang to dry for approximately 6 weeks.

There may be a layer of green or blue mold on the sausage. This mold is harmless and can be eaten. The mold ensures the product's shelf life.

Shelf life of the dried sausages: Outside the refrigerator, the dried sausages have a shelf life of two months.

Allergens: The sausages contain no harmful fragrances, colors, or flavors. All dried sausages are gluten-free, except for the fried onion, which does contain gluten. The dried sausages contain lactose. All French sausages may also contain traces of nuts.
