Caze Blanque

The Languedoc-Roussillon produces beautiful wines and those from the Limoux are legendary. However, the winemaker of Caze Blanque decided to go more west; with the Atlantic Sea at the back, the vines with chardonnay and merlot grapes grow here more than excellently. Especially with the sometimes extreme temperatures of recent years, the Atlantic sea breeze ensures better regulation and cooling and good differences between day and night temperatures, making the wines from Caze Blanque just a bit more elegant and fresh than many from the areas with more Mediterranean influence.
