Xarel-Lo

Xarel·lo is a white grape variety used for wine production. The grape is mainly found in the northeast of Spain. Xarel·lo is mainly used for the production of cava wines. The normal white wines made from it have a high acidity content.

What does the Xarel-Lo grape taste like?

The fragrance is aromatic and fresh. In the taste round and soft with friendly acidity. Pronounced notes of fresh fruit, citrus and apple. Deliciously refreshing when incorporated into sparkling wine.
