It is a classic wine made from the Fernão Pires grape and Sauvignon Blanc, resulting in a fragrant wine with great freshness with fruity and floral aromas, some freshly mown grass and a bit of citrus. The Colheita Branco is a beautiful aperitif and delicious with lightly spiced snacks or with fried fresh sardines.

The Colheita Seleccionada 2016 Sustainable agriculture comes from the Dao DOC and the 2016 is the first vintage released in spring 2022 from the cellars of Falorca. This grape has an extraordinary aging potential and we also see this with this white wine from Quinta da Falorca because this wine can remain in your cellar or wine refrigerator until 2034 without any problems. The wine has matured in new French oak and has a perfect alcohol percentage of 13%, which makes the wine super elegant. The wine receives high ratings year after year.

The Sobroso Branco Reserva (Barrique Select) has a clear color in the glass with a very light green/yellowish cast. Fresh notes of flowers and tropical fruits on the nose. The wine is medium-bodied on the palate and very layered with the complexity of the Antão Vaz, which gives the wine extra freshness and intensity. This wine reflects the terroir of Alentejo. This is a real terroir wine and is a nice gastronomic glass with refined fish such as sea bream, tuna or grilled brill. Also a great wine that combines ideally with creamy sauces with rich fish dishes and ripe cheeses.

This EA Tinto is a blend of Aragonez, Trincadeira, Alicante Bousquet and Syrah. This wine is made on the fruit and has no wood influences, so fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel tanks and the result is an elegant and fruity smooth red wine. Not bombastic, heavy, high in alcohol but a fruit-dominated wine with ripe black fruit (blackberries, berries) in the nose, slightly peppery, somewhat spicy, slightly earthy with notes of undergrowth. Ripe tannins on the palate, fleshy structure with a pleasant slightly fruity, juicy aftertaste. Wonderful to simply enjoy all year round. We prefer to drink this red wine slightly chilled, around 14-15 degrees. The wine is delicious with charcuterie, rotisserie chicken, grilled sausages, roasted vegetables (peppers), classic pasta with red sauces (Bolognaise, Napolitana, Arrabiata), white cheese.
