The sauvignon blanc grapes for the Lievland Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc South Cape Coast are destemmed, cooled and soft pressed. The fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks with as little contact with oxygen as possible. This benefits the fragrance and freshness. After a few months of maturation on the fine sediment of inactive yeast cells, the wine is clarified and filtered
The Lievland Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc has a straw yellow with a green cast in the glass. The tropical scent with pineapple and passion fruit immediately convinces. Fresh and crispy with a rich, mouth-filling taste.
