A delightful Brut Rosé with its charming, pale silvery pink hue and exuberant character, this Brut Rosé is a beautiful and striking accompaniment to any special occasion. Lively and sparkling, yet delicate on the palate. The beautiful hue of this wine is due to a special enzymatic reaction during transport of the Pinot Noir fruit. The Brut Rosé has a powerful aroma with a noticeable Pinot Noir presence and aromas of strawberries, raspberries, and cherries. The taste is wonderfully fresh, exuberant, and flirtatious, yet simultaneously elegant and structured. A truly all-rounder.
This Brut Rosé from the South African winery Graham Beck is made from the perfect blend of two classic Cap Classique varieties, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced from the estates in Robertson and Stellenbosch. The grapes are always hand-picked and then transported directly to the cellars where they are pressed. Only the finest quality juice is used for fermentation. The musts then undergo separate fermentation, and a sophisticated blend is created. Once the perfect blend is achieved, the wine is bottled and aged in the bottle for 15 to 18 months. This sparkling wine, made in the Champagne (Methode Traditionelle) style, is a single vintage wine, meaning it is not blended. 90/100 Suckling
Wonderful to enjoy on a terrace (as an aperitif) and also very tasty with fish and fruit desserts.

Drink Date: 2023 - 2031
Made from 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay, the 2018 Pinot Noir Rosé is fresh, ripe and succulent with lively citrus notes and nuances of wild cherry and strawberry aromas. Light-bodied and with 11.5% alcohol, flavors of yellow apple with bright, juicy acidity pounce across the mid-palate, making me very happy. Buy extra bottles of this little gem, and you can thank me later. It's overdelivering for the price. Just under 78,000 bottles were produced after spending six months on the primary lees before being bottle aged for an additional five years.

Sliced bread, apples and raspberries on the nose of this fresh, dry sparkling. It’s medium-bodied with fine bubbles. Elegant and refreshing rosé. Sustainable. Drink now.Claire Nesbitt

Graham Beck winery is located in Robertson, South Africa, in the Western Cape province about 175km from Cape Town. In 1983, Graham Beck bought a farm in Robertson with only one goal in mind: to start a top wine house. And it worked! In the meantime, there has been considerable expansion and Graham Beck Wines has 4 wineries in Franschhoek, Robertson and Stellenbosch with a total of almost 400 hectares of vineyards.
Because this winery has access to different areas, it is possible to plant the perfect grape in the right area based on the correct micro-climate & soil combination. As a result, winery Graham Beck creates the perfect conditions for itself, which ensures harvests that can be called fantastic.
This winery works with an eye for detail and you can taste that in the wines. Graham Beck winery is very successful and is now known for its great sparkling wines that are champagne-like but at a much better price.
