The vines are planted in a clay and calcareous soil and can be found around 100 meters above the Dordogne riverbed. "At high altitudes" this helps the vines avoid the damaging effects of the fog that often intrudes on the banks of the river. It also allows natural ventilation of the vines and therefore no chemical intervention or anti-botrytis/fungal treatment is required. The wine has a beautiful red color and the nose is full of aromas of red fruit, blackcurrant and notes of vanilla. The wine is medium-bodied with good acidity and benefits from supple tannins and a generous finish with good balance. A very pleasant fruit-driven glass of wine and an excellent accompaniment to meat dishes (entrecote, grilled duck breast, game), cheeses (Langres, Tome d'Auvergne, old Gouda) and desserts with red fruit. The Vega Medien Brut Nature Ecológico is a pure, refined cava produced entirely organically. This wine is blended from 75% Macabeo and 25% Chardonnay , sourced from organically certified vineyards around Requena. The wine is aged in the bottle for over twelve months at a constant temperature of 15°C, without temperature fluctuations or exposure to light. This tranquility gives the wine its balance, complexity, and exceptionally fine mousse.

As a Brut Nature, this cava contains no added sugar (only 1.5 g/L dosage), allowing the natural expression of the grapes to fully express itself. It's a wine that exudes purity and elegance, with an alcohol content of 11.5%.

The herdade do Sobroso Sobro Branco is a blend of the typical Portuguese grapes Antão Vaz, Arinto, Verdelho and the Palomino grape. The grapes were picked by hand. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with a controlled temperature for 30 days after which it can further mature on its own lees. The Blanco Sobro (or Branco in Portuguese) has a straw yellow color and is very clear. This Portuguese white wine is wonderfully fresh in taste, fresh aromas of citrus and passion fruit. The wine is a very elegant wine and is a good balance between the fruit and the acids. A delicious glass for just like that and highly recommended with shellfish and white fish with some spiciness.
