Unique for the Netherlands - the exclusive wonderful olive oil from San Guido you know from the iconic Sassicaia. The olive groves for this 'Sassicaia' olive oil are located on the grounds of San Guidi. Often centuries old and spread over the 110 HA site. The olives are harvested from November to early December. Often in different runs so only the suitable olives are picked and those that are not yet fully ripe may remain a little longer. The olive oil has an intense green colour, impressions of artichoke and dried fruits, slightly spicy and balanced taste, small bitterness in the final.
