The authentic pasta is made from the antique monograin Il Cappelli dee is naturally very low in gluten and therefore easily digestible. The Il Cappelli Spaghettini is a very old wheat from the Murgia region and gives the real authentic flavors of the past centuries. Of course, this is also made with the purest spring water from the Dolomites, which gives a paste that is powerful and truly Italian. The aroma is reminiscent of jute and licorice root, but once cooked it gives off the scents of fresh farm milk, mashed potatoes and roasted chestnuts. It has the tasty and lively mouthfeel of buttery breadcrumbs with a seductive finish with some sea salt.
The Spaghettini is arguably the most famous pasta shape of them all and with Il Cappelli's sleek texture and rich, robust flavour, it is perfect for welcoming the most popular sauces or the most unusual creations.
