The Paul Mas Que Sera Sirah is a hymn to the Syrah from the Languedoc. This wine is blended from Shiraz grapes from three different regions (Nicole Estate in Montagnac, the foothills of the Montagne Noire and the Aude Upper Valley). This 100% Syrah comes from vineyards between 28 and 45 years old with a sea view, so the sea breeze ensures a healthy vineyard. In the glass, the Que Sera Sirah is garnet red with violet reflections. In the nose, this syrah is first spicy with a balsamic scent, then the aromas of cassis, tobacco and violet and a little charcoal. In the mouth the wine is well balanced with rich and supple tannins. Aromas of ripe and floral fruit with a sweet and spicy aftertaste. Serve this tasty and pleasant wine at 17 ° C . Perfect to enjoy as a stand-alone glass and is a great accompaniment to grilled red meat, steak, strong or milder cheeses. This Que Sera Sirah can age perfectly for the next 10 years without any problems.

The Teramas Astruc Chardonnay AOC Limoux is a 100% Chardonnay from the Appellation d'Origine Protégée - Limoux. The vineyards are situated at a relatively high altitude and remain in excellent health thanks to their proximity to the sea, so chemical intervention is unnecessary, and the sea breezes keep the vineyard in top condition. In the glass, the Domaine Astruc Teramas Astruc Chardonnay Limoux has a light color with a shimmering golden hue. The nose is intense and complex, with buttery flavors and tropical fruit along with white flowers. The wine is full-bodied with pleasant elegance and remarkable balance. In the first five years, you will enjoy the fruit aromas, which will then transform into more ripe and complex aromas. Paul Mas, along with Domaine Astruc, was named European Winery of 2020.
