Champagne Frerejean Frères, founded by the Frerejean-Taittinger brothers, only produces Champagne from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards in Grauves, Côte des Blancs. They are very finesse-rich wines with a special complexity. These very elegant and fresh Champagnes are produced with little dosage (only 6.5 grams per liter). They obtain their roundness and complexity through maturation sur lies of at least five years. After 5 years of ripening on the lie still at least 1 year in own cellars.

Dez champagne Frerejean Frères Brut 1er Cru is a blend of the typical champagne grape varieties namely 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir and has matured for more than 5 years on its own yeasts (sur lie). As all champagne from Frerejean Frères distinguish themselves in particular in elegance and sophistication, this Brut 1er Cru also has these characteristics.

The wine is very elegant, tightly dry and mineral with fresh notes of pear, peach, toast / brioche, honey, almonds and in the mouth the beautiful integrated very fine bubbles stand out. Here too, the champagne is elegant, sleek, fresh & slightly nutty. This beautiful champagne is incomparable with the many mass bubbles and is a perfect glass to enjoy but also a great companion to "Fruits de mer", such as oysters, shrimps and lobster. Also with fried turbot, sole etc. Even with poultry and meat dishes such as vitello, poultry terrine or crispy fried sweetbreads.
