'Amore, Passione e Tradizione'', that is what this wine producer stands for. Azienda Agricola Ai Galli di Buziol Elide started in the early 70s and today owns almost 50 hectares of its own vineyards. Located in the commune of Lison-Pramaggiore, all plots fall within the DOC Prosecco. With love and passion, wines are produced here in a traditional way using the most modern and innovative vinification techniques. The vineyards are densely planted and the yield per vine is greatly reduced, so that the quality of the grapes increases. And that the quality is more than good, is endorsed by, among others, the Italian wine bible ''Gambero Rosso''!

The Ai Galli Pinot Grigio delle Venezie doc is a Pinot Gris (Pinot Grigio) with a very strong personality. A bright, straw-yellow color, a delicious aroma and an intense flavor. Dry, full and harmonious. A very pleasant wine with an excellent price/quality ratio. The Ai Gali is good as an aperitif or with seafood salads and pasta dishes, fish and shellfish, meat and cooked fish.
