You will be amazed when you arrive in Laroque. Located on the edge of a rock plateau, overlooking the undulating vineyards and the slopes of the grande combe de Saint-Laurent, LA-ROQUE certainly sets the tone. Vines have taken root everywhere, penetrating deeply into the three types of limestone, typical of this appellation: the blond clay (in the west) and red clay (Agen Molasse in the east) on petrified limestone plateaus and the creamy white clay (Fronsac Molasse) from which the east-facing terraces and west-facing slopes exist. And it is this variety of soils and terrains that gives this vineyard unique character. Elegant, nuanced, floral, subtle, clear, long aftertaste, lively, radiant, iodine.

Since the arrival of David Suire in 2015, Laroque has grown enormously in quality. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate noted: 'David Suire is resurrecting one of Saint-Emilion's sleeping giants.' Neal Martin of Vinous also says Laroque is seen as "Saint-Emilion's brightest rising star."

The price-quality ratio is exceptional, especially for the 2022 vintage! After the success of this vintage, we suspect that the quality will only continue to grow and that Laroque will become an excellent investment wine in the coming years. We think now is the time to take action before it really becomes a challenge to get your hands on this vintage!
