The Château de la Grille Rouge is a 100% Cabernet Franc! After aging for 15 months in wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks (50/50), the wine is aged for another two years in the bottle before release.

The nose is generous with red and black fruit, particularly fresh figs and blackberries, interspersed with notes of toasted wood, ink, vanilla, and a touch of spice. The palate is spicy, yet round and juicy, with a long, complex finish and a very noticeable freshness. A superb wine with excellent aging potential. Top quality from the Loire Valley.
