The Peybonhomme Les Tours is the flagship of the family business Hubert. The wine is made from the four Bordeaux grapes namely the cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, merlot and malbec and all this in a (certified) biodynamic methods, with the aim of preserving the character of the region, the idiosyncratic clay soils on the surface , but with a calcareous substrate. Subjected to a labour-intensive method (read: manual selection and destem) vinification and maturation with the aim of preserving its rich fruity profile. The wine matures in French oak barrels for 2 years and has undergone only very light (natural) filtration (by means of natural precipitation). Peybonhomme Les Tours is one of the surprises of the past year even for the very spoiled Bordeaux wine enthusiasts / connoisseurs. On the nose, the Les Tours has a rich, complex aromatic expression, dominated by notes of red fruit, spices and mineral nuances. On the palate we taste beautiful fruit (raspberry, currant) with excellent balance and refined tannins and excellent texture. This all ends with a nice long finish.

Certified Organic.
