Druiven van jongere wijnstokken worden gebruikt voor de Les Crestes. Het is een blend van Garnacha met 20% CariƱena en 10% Syrah gerijpt in tweede jaars Franse eiken gedurende acht maanden. De Mas Doix les Cresteds is een jonge, zacht en aromatisch Priorat met een sappig gehemelte en een frisse persoonlijkheid, een vergelijkbaar met de mooie Priorat wijnen van Sindicat La Figuera van Rene Barbier (de wijngaard ligt er in de buurt). Echt aantrekkelijk en aangenaam met een uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding Parker schrijft over de wijn: "The young and juicy red Les Crestes made me think of a wine from the RhƓne, with black berry fruit, spice, earth, smoked bacon and violet aromas"

The young and juicy red 2021 Les Crestes made me think of a wine from the RhƓne, with black berry fruit, spice, earth, smoked bacon and violet aromas. The palate is velvety, medium to full-bodied and has fine, round tannins. Very drinkable and pleasant. 60,000 bottles were filled in June 2022.
The top wine from Max Doix, the centenary CariƱena from 1902, joined the new official category of Gran Vinya Classificada starting with the 2019 vintage, and as such, it now shows the name of the vineyard on the label. The 1903 Garnacha is reflecting a similar change too... Also in 2019, they began making their wines in a new winery in the Barranc de les Foses on the outskirts of Poboleda, where they have more space and new oak and concrete vats. They work 20 hectares of vineyards planted between 1902 and 1998 and produce 90,000 bottles.
