The Eau de Provence rosé comes from an organic vineyard at an altitude of 300m and a calcareous soil and cool nights give this wine the perfect interpretation of rosé wines. This EAU de Provence rosé is a new organic rosé and is made by the winemaker who also makes the beautiful Ultimate Provence UP and comes from Château De Berne (where the Ultimate UP also comes from). The wine is certified organic (AB). and has the highest environmental quality certification (HVE), located on a chalky plateau at 300 meters altitude.

The Eau de Provence comes from the mecca of Provence roses, namely the AOP Côtes de Provence and is a blend of Cinsault, Grenache Noir, Syrah. The Eau de Provence has a beautiful scented Provençal spiciness in the nose, also stone fruit with a really nice touch and taste of peach and apricot. A unique blend of rosé that can make many people dream away because of its harmonious and tasty character. This is a nice 1.5 liter magnum

The Ultimate Provence terroir covers 114 hectares, 1/3 of which are vineyards and the rest is pure nature. The vineyard is nestled in La Garde-Freinet, in the beautiful hinterland of the Var near Saint-Tropez. The estate is criss-crossed with vines and is also dotted with olive trees. The vines are also protected by the Massif des Maures mountains. They grow on a soil of sandstone and slate.
