Description
This Corette Chardonnay is a wonderful drinking wine. Naturally made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The wine is beautiful golden yellow in color and with fine aromas of fresh fruit (pears, green apple) and nuts. The wine is elegant and mouth-filling with a beautiful aromatic finale that contains subtle flavors of apricot, vanilla and oak. Always serve nice and cool, this wine tastes best at 10-12°C. Fresh, medium-bodied white wine, elegant & sultry aromatic.
This fine Chardonnay is delicious as an aperitif. The wine also pairs well with shellfish, seafood, poultry and pasta dishes. Also delicious with ripe, creamy white mold cheeses. For this wine, 35% of the chardonnay grapes are fermented and matured in oak barrels, according to a Burgundian family recipe. The fermentation takes about 3 weeks. This is followed by a 9-month education on wood. The remaining wine is fermented at 18-20°C in stainless steel tanks for pure fruit aromas. Before bottling, both types of wine (wood and stainless steel) are combined.
Fact: The Corette wines are available as a luxury house wine in many 1/2 and even in a 3* Michelin restaurant in the Netherlands - without exception, the Corette have a more than excellent price/quality ratio.

At the same time, the Corette wines are not only typical of their grape varieties, but also of their region of origin. Because you are a wine lover, but not necessarily a wine connoisseur. That is why we developed Corette seven years ago. The wines are made by Badet Clément, from Catherine and Laurent Delaunay, a large house that originates from Burgundy, but has also been active in Languedoc-Roussillon and the southern Rhône for a long time.
The Corette wine series has been developed exclusively for the trade and catering industry and currently consists of 8 products, each made from a single grape variety. Much attention has been paid to the appearance of the Corette wines (including labels, bottles and presentation). The Corette series contains wines from the Pays d'Oc. Corette stands for pure and honest wines for every day; wines in which the aroma and taste characteristics of the grape are well expressed. The chic and stylish design ensures the right experience on every table.
