The label of the 2021 Fundamental Chardonnay may say "Central Coast," but in reality it is this vintage made from 100% Santa Barbara fruit. Created by renowned winemaker Joey Tensley and his wife Jennifer Tensley. Winemaker Notes: “With one of the coolest vintages on record. This wine shows a distinct minerality on the nose. Once you taste it you will get loads of traditional chardonnay flavors like apple, lemon, tropical fruits and a pinch of buttery oak. It's such a fun wine to drink because it covers all of the bases of texture and acidity.”
